This three-level hall, stairs, and landing in Southampton underwent a comprehensive preparation process before painting. The existing wallpaper was removed, and the walls were expertly skimmed with Gyproc filler to create a smooth, even surface. The radiators were temporarily removed to allow for complete access to the skirting boards, with the old carpet edges trimmed in anticipation of new flooring. The ceiling was painted in a standard trade white emulsion, while the walls received a durable and washable emulsion. Finally, the refitted radiators and prepared woodwork were finished with a clean white satin.
